phdaily operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") program consistent with Anti-Money Laundering Act ("AMLA") obligations applicable to Philippine gaming operators. phdaily may at any time require you to submit identity documents — including a valid Philippine government ID (SSS, PhilSys, driver's license, or passport), proof of residential address, and where applicable, source-of-funds documentation — before processing withdrawals or increasing deposit limits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdaily login credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. phdaily will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdaily and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phdaily platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, even if phdaily has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phdaily's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phdaily account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by phdaily's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
phdaily makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform unavailability or technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms or prohibited conduct, phdaily may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms breach, phdaily reserves the right to forfeit the withheld balance. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may close their own phdaily account at any time by contacting phdaily support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of player-initiated closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC and anti-money laundering requirements.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phdaily platform shall first be subject to phdaily's internal dispute resolution process — players must submit a written complaint to phdaily support and allow phdaily a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days to respond and attempt resolution.
Where internal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or, where applicable, to resolution by PAGCOR's player dispute procedures.
